What customers think about ZP-700
Common Questions Answered
What’s the difference between ZP-700 and ZP-500?
ZP-700 is a friction-reducing oil additive that protects engine internals and enhances lubrication. ZP-500 is a fuel treatment that cleans injectors, boosts octane, and improves combustion efficiency.
Does ZP-700 help with cold starts and stiction?
Absolutely. ZP-700 provides lubrication that is always present and ready
—especially after continuous use over an extended period. Once added to
the oil, its formula begins bonding to metal surfaces through heat and
pressure. As it embeds into the metal, internal friction is progressively
reduced, ensuring smoother cold starts and minimizing stiction.
How much ZP-700 should I add to my engine?
Add 1.6 oz of ZP-700 per quart of quality engine oil — (50ml per 1 liter).
One quart of ZP-700 (32oz) treats up to 20 quarts of motor oil (5 gallons).
Ex. Add 8 ounces of ZP-700 to a 5 quarts oil sump.
For best results, add ZP-700 at every oil change. Compatible with all motor oil
types.
Can I use ZP-700 with synthetic or full synthetic oil?
Absolutely. ZP-700 is compatible with all oil types — synthetic, semi-synthetic, and conventional — and won’t alter your oil’s viscosity.
Do I need to flush my engine before adding ZP-700?
No engine flush required. Just pour ZP-700 into your engine with fresh oil during your next oil change. It blends easily and gets to work immediately.
Can ZP-700 improve fuel economy?
Yes. By reducing friction and mechanical drag, ZP-700 helps your engine operate more efficiently, which can lead to measurable fuel savings over time.
Can I use ZP-700 in motorcycles, ATVs, or small engines?
Caution: Do not use with wet clutches. Some motorcycles share a common
oil sump with a wet clutch system. In such cases, use ZP-600 instead.
Do not use before the engine break-in is complete:
Cars: 6,000 miles / 10,000 km
Heavy-duty trucks: 31,000 miles / 50,000 km
ZP-700 works efficiently in small engines such as lawn mowers, snow
blowers, and compact tractors. Just be sure to adjust the dosage
according to the engine’s smaller oil capacity.
