our Case studies – Industrial
spring 2020
Real-life situations
This section presents results of oil analyzes performed on equipment components; engine, gearboxes, etc. of our customers. The following tables demonstrate the effectiveness of Adrenalube © additives by comparing the equipment analyzed before and with the use of our additives. Several parameters demonstrate that there is an improvement in yield such as; the decrease in the rate of wear metals, the decrease in oxidation, the cleanliness (health) of the oil, even after a longer use, the increase in the spacing between oil changes, lower diesel consumption (testimonials section), reduction in GHGs, etc.

ADRENALUBE© ADDITIVES USED
|
- ZP-700 Engine Oil Additive Treatment
- Quantity : 1.9 Liters (2 bottles of 946ml)
|
GHG REDUCTION
- The engine oil consumption of this truck has been reduced by 280 liters (7 oil changes)
- 800 kilograms of CO2 were not sent into the atmosphere
|
NOTES
|
- In summer, the engine of this truck idles regularly*
- In winter, equipped with two snow plows and an abrasive spreader, it is subject to intense use. Snow removal increases the effort required on the engine and therefore on the oil.
*An engine running at low speed (idling) causes twice the wear of internal parts than driving at normal speed. A substantial amount of carbon deposits from incomplete combustion is found in the oil and in the air, which increases the aging of the oil and GHGs.

COMMENTS
|
- The recommended useful life for this type of engine (407cu in / 725hp by Pro Power) is 4 races
- With the use of the ZP-700 our client ran all the races of the season with the same engine, ie the 7 races
- The engine manufacturer strongly recommended that our customer replace the engine after the fourth race
- See all the analysis results (1 to 5) and note the drop in wear metals ‘WEAR section’ and the oil condition ‘FLUID CONDITION section’
